The Agency for the Prevention of Child Exploitation

Targeting Child Exploitation Through Investigative Action.

We provide investigative support to NGOs, embassies, and national and international law enforcement, delivering actionable intelligence that leads directly to arrests and prosecutions.

Welcome Message

The Agency for the Prevention of Child Exploitation (APCE) is a specialized investigative NGO committed to protecting children from sexual exploitation. While many organizations focus on victim care, advocacy, or legal reform, APCE fills a critical gap: conducting professional investigations.

Our role is clear: when abuse is suspected or reported, APCE acts. Through surveillance operations, interviews, and evidence collection, we build strong case files and hand them directly to law enforcement — ready for arrest and prosecution.
